“Olivia has worked extremely hard on achieving her Chief Scout Gold Award. She became a patrol leader in Sept 2019 and thrived in her role. She leads by example and her enthusiasm passes down to her patrol. She is a natural leader and completing her award goes to show how she has developed in her time in Scouts.
